In the 2 day Reiki TUMMO workshop your sushumna (energy channel along your spine) will be opened and cleansed, all the knots in your chakras removed, your chakras (crown and heart chakras especially) will be opened wide for optimum energy flow, and your kundalini energy instantly and safely awakened. You will feel the kundalini energy burning up your spine cleansing you of negative energies.
The chart above shows how Reiki Energy cleanses the sushumna from the crown chakra down, and kundalini energy cleanses from the base chakra up. When these two energies are combined in Reiki Tummo you get double the cleansing meaning it takes less time for the energy to burn away all blocks.
As you learn to trust the Love fully, open up, and let the Love flow, your heart (heart chakra) will be healed and you will literally feel your heart smile and bubble with wonderful feelings that grow deeper and more powerful the more you surrender to the Love. The Heart chakra is very important, as this is how we connect with other people (through their hearts as well).
Not only will your Kundalini be awakened, your Heart will be Opened. When your heart (heart chakra) is open you can literally feel the Love of True Source flow through you, your heart, and out into the world. This makes it easy to love people and not judge them. You will find for yourself if your heart is free, open, and eager to share the Love, or if you have been sub-consciously closing your heart- perhaps to protect it because you have been hurt in the past.
Below is a chart showing the various ways kundalini can be awakened. The top left shows the kundalini energy spreading throughout the body because the sushumna is not yet open and all the chakra knots, except in the base chakra, still exist. The top right shows the base chakra knot opening, however the sushumna and other chakra knots still exist so the kundalini energy only goes through the smaller energy channels of the Ida/Pingala on either side of the sushumna. The bottom left shows the lower part of the sushumna open, however the kundalini energy gets stuck at the upper sushumna because some chakra knots still exist.
The bottom right shows what happens in a Reiki Tummo awakening: The sushumna is broken through fully from base to crown chakra, all major chakra knots are broken through, the kundallini fire reaches at least the navel chakra, and kundalini energy is flowing swiftly throught he main sushumna out of the crown chakra continuously. The kundalini fire is covered by the reiki energy and therefore does not produce excessive heat.
